When you complete an enquiry form, email us or speak with us, we collect the details you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, the number and type of travellers in your party, your preferred tour dates, room preference, and any questions or requirements you share — such as dietary needs or mobility considerations.

If you go on to book a tour, we collect the additional information needed to arrange your holiday, such as the names of travelling companions and anything the hotel or activity providers need to know.

Like most websites, our site also collects a small amount of technical information automatically, such as your browser type and which pages you visit, so that we can keep the site working well.

We use your information to answer your enquiries, check availability for you, arrange and host your tour, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip.

With your permission, we may also use your email address to send occasional updates about new tours or dates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We rely on the following lawful bases: taking steps at your request in preparation for a contract (answering enquiries and arranging your tour), our legitimate interest in running and promoting a small business, and your consent where we ask for it (for example, for marketing emails).

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

To run our tours and our website we share only the necessary details with a small number of trusted providers — for example, the hotel where you stay, and the services that host our website, email and enquiry system. These providers only process your information on our instructions and are bound by data protection agreements.

Where providers are based outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent arrangements.

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months, in case you would like to travel with us later. If you book a tour, we keep the details of your booking for six years, so we have a record of the contract and can deal with any follow-up questions.

If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep a simple note of that so we can respect your wishes.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive information you have given us in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
